This video walks through the patient/user flow when signing into their account and being taken to their dashboard. From the dashboard, patients/users can access their “Care Pathways” page, which lays out their personalized preventive care screenings and visits (from NCQA HEDIS). Additionally, the patient/user can select their services, provider, and be shown their expected cost for those services if their deductible has not been met yet. There is no “guesswork” for the patient.
