This video walks through the patient/user flow when signing into their account and being taken to their dashboard. From the dashboard, the patient/user can then be taken to their “Care Pathways” page, which lays out their personalized preventive care screenings and visits (from a NCQA HEDIS perspective). It also integrates with their health insurance company’s incentives for completing the requisite visits. Additionally, the patient/user can select their services, provider, and be shown their expected cost for those services if their deductible has not been met yet. There is no “guesswork” for the patient.
